Welcome!I'm Ella Bird, and after a decade of experience in the wastewater industry—working in a regulatory capacity under Part 8 of the Ontario Building Code and the Building Code Act—I’ve chosen to take a more independent path as a third-party sewage system designer.With extensive knowledge of Part 8 of the Ontario Building Code, Building Code Act municipal zoning bylaws, and many municipality-specific requirements, I’m well-equipped to design systems that are not only code-compliant but also thoughtfully tailored to your property. I’ve built strong relationships with local building officials and look forward to helping homeowners find the best solutions tailored to their unique site and dwelling or commercial needs.As a former regulator, I understand exactly what the NBMCA and municipal offices expect, and can ensure that all forms and submissions are completed accurately and to the highest standard.Whether you're starting fresh or navigating a complex site, my goal is to make the process smooth, clear, and successful—from the first consultation to final approval.
